Paul L. Brigham, an attorney and accountant, has over 20 years specializing in the areas of tax, trust and estate administration, financial consultation and executive compensation design and implementation for individuals and corporations. His clients include numerous multi-generational family relationships and closely‑held business owners in the New England region.

Mr. Brigham's academic accomplishments include degrees in economics (Clark University - Bachelor of Arts); business administration (Boston University - Master Business Administration); law (Suffolk University ‑ Juris Doctorate) and taxation (Bentley College - Master of Science Taxation), as well as specialized training in the areas of tax planning for individuals, trust and estate administration, estate taxation, charitable organizations, insurance, executive compensation, international taxation and investments.

His career has included affiliations with the Trust departments of two major, Boston-area financial institutions and a "Big Six" international accounting firm, as a Senior Manager. In those capacities, he served as principal overseeing the coordination of the financial affairs of very successful clients. He was responsible for interpreting fiduciary obligations as a member of the trust discretionary committee. Mr. Brigham was instrumental in establishing financial consulting practices within these organizations. These practice groups addressed highly customized solutions to the estate and business planning, tax, investment and financial needs of high net worth individuals and their families.

As an author and lecturer on the topics of tax planning, probate litigation, estate planning, retirement and charitable gift planning and asset protection strategies, Mr. Brigham is frequently called upon by professional associations, local employee groups and civic organizations to present informative discussions on timely topics.

Mr. Brigham is currently a member of the Probate and Tax committees of the Massachusetts Bar Association, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and a member of the Association of Small Foundations. He also serves as trustee for several family trusts, as president of one of the largest private foundations in the State of New Hampshire and as chairman of the Planned Gift Committee of the Massachusetts Conference of Congregational Churches.
